When you register or purchase a product or service we may request a billing address or location of use. Precise GPS location may be collected from mobile devices with your permission and may be used when making Enhanced 911 emergency calls. Wi-Fi and IP addresses received from your browser or device may be used to determine your approximate location.

Contacts Data

Contact information from your local address book may be collected from your mobile devices with your permission in order to provide direct access to your contacts’ names, phone numbers, and email addresses within the Cymbus services.

Our website may use cookies to store information about a user to better serve the user. We may also employ the use of web beacons in monitoring page views and traffic. We may from time to time employ the use of a third party agent in tracking aggregated non-personal statistical data about our users. This third party agent may also use cookies or web beacons. You may opt of partial or total email communication at any time using links in our emails. You may also submit a request to us to update or delete your contact information. These requests can be made via our Contact Us page.
